THANT SHINN KYEI SIN Co Ltd was incorporated since 2007. The objective of the company was to develop overseas employment opportunity in accordance with the international practice, to improve the rights of Myanmar workers in overseas countries, to assist in finding solution to practical difficulties, to contribute the highest development of the human resources trained by the country, to conduct human resources training to enhance status of general workers to semi-skilled worker and skilled workers. Under the guidance of the head of the state to promote the rights of Myanmar workers and to continue social economic development, workers are dispatched to Malaysia and other Asia countries.
